Secland Group owns two sites of fully serviced office, including the Grade II listed Wolston Priory and The Hall, in Wolston, Warwickshire.
The 16th Century Priory offers up to 15,000 square feet of office space ranging from 100-700 square feet with security alarm, parking, and 24-hour access. All serviced offices are furnished, include Internet access and a phone line, and shared usage a conference room.
The Hall offers up to 20,000 square feet of furnished office space in the original converted Edwardian House or the newly added extension all with Internet access and a phone line. With a manned reception, number of meeting rooms available, 24-hour access and security alarm, as well as extensive car parking, this is the ideal place to operate your business but also accommodate meeting guests.
Flexible storage facilities
Secland Group operates two flexible open storage facilities to the transport industry in Nuneaton and Coventry.
The facilities can accommodate temporary vehicle storage for cars, trucks, vans, caravans, or trailers.
Both sites have a portacabin office, 24-hour access, secure entry and CTV.
