Secland Group owns two sites of fully serviced office, including the Grade II listed Wolston Priory and The Hall, in Wolston, Warwickshire. 

Located in the village of Wolston, located between Coventry (4 miles) and Rugby (5 miles) the properties are easily accessible from the A45, M69, M6 and M1.  With a choice of main line train stations, Rugby (7 miles), Coventry (7 miles), and Warwick Parkway, (13 miles). 

Wolston Priory

The Priory is located in the village of Wolston, the 16th Century Priory offers up to 15,000 square feet of office space ranging from 100-700 square feet with security alarm, parking, and 24-hour access.

All serviced offices are furnished, include Internet access and a phone line, and shared usage a conference room.

 

The Hall

The Hall, Wolston, offers up to 20,000 square feet of furnished office space in the original converted Edwardian House or the newly added extension all with Internet access and a phone line.
